Sun Protecting Tips

1. Choosing SPF

Choose sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, it should be a broad spectrum, water-resistant. We would recommend even to use minimun 30 SPF.

2. Check The Label

Look for products that label says "broad-spectrum UV coverage" on the label. It means it protects from UVB and UVA.

 3. Check The Expiration Date

The less your cream is close to the experation date - the stronger it is. Usually, all SPF creams last for about 3 years.

4. Measure Up

AAD (American Academy of Dermatology) recommends to use full ounce of a cream to cover your body. We would recommend to use a shot glass to measure one ounce.

 5. Don't Miss Any Spots

We usually cover our face, legs and arms. BUT DON'T FORGET about neck, ears, nose, hands, and toes.

6. Protect Your Lips

Use lip balm with an SPF of 15 or higher.
